How it Works

We're here to support every aspect of planning your Tour du Mont Blanc trek.

3. 1:1 video consultation

Once we've outlined your itinerary and options, we'll get on a video call with you to discuss it all in detail.

We'll go through your itinerary day-by-day in order to discuss options, provide recommendations, and answer any questions you may have.

4. We’ll send Your personalized plan

After our video call, we'll finalize any outstanding details and send you a personalized itinerary.

Your itinerary will include daily hiking distances, elevation gain, and notes specific to your trip (such as public transit options, shortcuts, and variants).

We'll also provide a custom GPS file that is specific to your route so you can navigate with confidence on the trail.

5. We'll stay in touch

Even after your itinerary is finalized, we'll still be here as a resource for you as you plan your trip!

You can reach out with itinerary changes, questions about what to pack, public transportation, and anything else that comes up before or during your trip.

We’ve found that it is better for hikers to work directly with accommodation and transfer services. Therefore, while we will provide support and recommendations, we will not make any bookings on your behalf.

Once you complete your purchase, you’ll be asked to complete a questionnaire letting us know more about your trip, your group size, and your itinerary.

Once completed, we'll review your questionnaire and reach out with any questions as we create an initial itinerary.

Next, we'll schedule a video call to discuss your itinerary options, and answer any questions you may have.

Finally, we'll finalize your itinerary and provide a custom GPS file personalized to your route.

Will you make my bookings for me?

We’ve found that it is much better for hikers to work directly with accommodation and transfer services. This makes it easier in terms of communication, keeping track of confirmation details, and managing changes or cancellations that may occur. Therefore, while we will provide booking support and accommodation recommendations, we will not make any bookings on your behalf.
